Our story at Residents' Voices

Discover the mission behind Residents' Voices. Learn about our commitment to improving services for Fife Housing Group residents and how we strive to be your voice.

Why Residents' Voices began

Residents' Voices started as a semi-independent group of Fife Housing Group residents. We meet monthly to discuss and suggest improvements to the services provided by FHG across Fife. As direct users of these services, we believe we are uniquely positioned to identify potential problems and advocate for change.

What we aim to achieve

Our primary goal at Residents' Voices is to be your voice. We aim to bring your concerns, complaints, and comments directly to the attention of the Fife Housing Group. We are committed to holding FHG accountable for their commitments and encouraging necessary changes to improve resident experiences.

Who is involved in Residents' Voices?

Currently, we are a small but growing group. We strongly believe that more input leads to better outcomes. A diverse range of ages, backgrounds, locations, and property types allows us to gain a more complete and accurate picture of resident needs and concerns.

"Residents' Voices successfully tackled anti-social behaviour, leading to positive changes from FHG."
